A Pop and Nostalgic Illusion
Not recommended for guests with small children.
A room by Mariko Mukumoto, an artist who uses artificial scenery and objects such as bonsai’s and flower pots, dams and man-made resorts for the motifs of her works. By using the inorganic and flat textures of FRP, Mukumoto portrays with simplicity but also with awkwardness, the massive image of a dam.
